Meta Product Manager - Catalog Intelligence in Tel Aviv, Israel
Summary:
The team mission is to drive better performance for advertisers by organizing and enhancing content for all products sold through Meta.The Content Organization and Content Enhancement are primary areas of focus and expect investments to support new foundational Catalog capabilities (e.g. canonical representation and clustering) to unlock impact for catalog powered ads.Some problems we're looking to solve: Content Organization: How might we organize product content so that buyers can be better matched with the products they are interested in?Semantic, behavioral, and intrinsic product relationships by mapping product content to the taxonomy and the buyer's mental model of purchasing based on context of use and merchandised events.Content Enhancement: How might we enhance product content so that buyers have excitement and conviction to make a purchase?Identification and prioritization of performant content in catalog powered ads (eg. creative tone, title, media aspect ratio and type, lifestyle).

Identify, prioritize, and deliver clear short, mid, and long term goals aligned to the business priorities, and guide the team through key milestones
Drive the team through vision setting, strategy, and execution, considering technical and analytical constraints

Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team Organizational and execution skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Several years of PM experience working in technology enabled products at scale
