• Maintain a daily schedule
• Manage and maintain job information
• Utilize Customer Management Software for scheduling and billing
• Communicate with customers
• Determine customer needs and discuss solutions
• Installation of new equipment and products
• Inspect plumbing systems for operation and potential issues
• Troubleshoot issues and find solutions
• Repair damaged plumbing systems

[Plumbing Technician/Installer Requirements and Qualifications]{arial=""}

3-5 years' experience

Experience with sewer cleaning equipment including sewer machines, jetter equipment and camera locating equipment

Strong verbal communication skills, ability to discuss issues with customers in a way they understand

Critical-thinker, problem-solver

Must hold state driver's license with good record

Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different location
