Description and Requirements
职位描述：
作为项目团队的产品质量中心，负责端到端产品质量管理。主要集中在以下几个方面：
- 新产品阶段：
(1)质量团队RFQ负责人。从整体方面管理NPI, WWME, WWTE, MQM, SQM RFQ需求的输出。
(2)制定新的项目质量管理计划。
(3)推动和实施新产品质量管理活动。例如，设计评审，NUDD, EPR等。
(4)推动新产品导入阶段质量问题的解决和不合规、限制问题的管理。
(5)产品里程碑管理。如SVT退出，SS信件释放等。
(6)产品变更管理，PCR审批。
- 量产阶段：
(1)产品质量提升管理。例如TTQ评估和早期预警问题改进。
(2)召开产品质量月会，对ODM质量负责人进行QBR评估。
(3)推动产品性能改进。如IFIR, RA等。
(4)从产品角度对质量问题进行跟踪。
(5)推动质量问题的经验汲取和用户体验的改善。
Job description：
Work as product quality focal point in project team and take responsibilities for E2E product quality management. Mainly focus on the following aspects:
- New Product Phase
(1) Quality team RFQ owner. Manage the output of NPI, WWME, WWTE, MQM, SQM RFQ requests from the Overall aspects.
(2) Develop the new project quality management plan.
(3) Promote and implement new product quality management activities. E.g., Design review, NUDD, EPR etc.
(4) Promote the solving of new product quality problems during NPI phase and non-conformance, limitation issues management.
(5) Product milestone mgt., SS granting. E.g., SVT exit, SS letter releasing etc.
(6) Product change management, PCR approval.
- Mass Product Phase
(1) Product quality ramp up management. E.g., TTQ evaluation and early warning problem improvement.
(2) Hold the product quality monthly meeting, ODM QBR evaluation quality owner.
(3) Drive product performance improvement. E.g., IFIR, RA etc.
(4) Quality hold issue follow-up from product aspect.
(5) Promote quality issue lesson learn and user experience improvement.
任职要求：
1.工程专业相关学士学位。8年以上制造质量、工程或研发工作经验。
2.熟悉质量标准(ISO 9001, 14001)和质量工具(8D, FMEA, SPC, NUDD, DFx, Pareto Analysis & Control Plans)。
3.英语流利，英语可以作为工作语言。
4.熟悉会议设备(计算设备、物联网外设、智能办公会议设备)的使用场景。在技术角度对这类产品有一定的了解。
5.拥有较强的项目管理能力，能够成功管理多项任务。
6.能够在动态的制造环境中克服障碍并按时完成任务。
7.工作积极主动，有较强的沟通能力和组织能力。
8.具有制造自动化和智能制造解决方案的经验者优先。
9.有智能办公/会议设备工作经验者优先。
PositionRequirement：
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering. Science or technical field with at least 8 years of working experience in manufacturing quality, engineering, or R/D environment.
Working knowledge of applicable quality standards (ISO 9001& 14001) and quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, NUDD, DFx, Pareto Analysis & Control Plans, etc).
Fluent in English.
Familiar with meeting devices (Computing devices, IoT peripherals and meeting devices for Smart office) usage scenarios. And proficient knowledge of these kinds of products from technology perspective.
Strong project management skills.Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
6.Ability to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Self-starter / Self-directed, Capable of working with minimal supervision. Have strong communication skills and be well organized.
Experience with manufacturing automation and SMART manufacturing solutions.
Working experience of Smart office/meeting device will be preferred.
