Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the T-7A Ground Based Training System team in Berkeley, MO .
Be a part of the team that is breaking the norm! This is an exciting opportunity to join the T-7A Program. In this role, the focus will be on successful execution of all activities across the T-7A Ground Based Training System Program. The selected leader will act with agency and urgency, bias toward action and a team-oriented approach to lead the Ground Based Training System IPT, Courseware team, and Contractor Logistics Support Site Operations team, and interface with various cross-functional stakeholders to drive program outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage financial performance to plan, on-time and on-budget, and will drive successful execution of Program Management Best Practices for the T-7A GBTS scope
Build positive, productive relationships with Government Customers to enable success
Provides in-depth analysis and recommendations to develop solutions & drive action on strategic and execution challenges
Focus on people/team development and culture, and foster a productive and positive working culture among the cross-functional teams
Regularly be accountable and brief senior leaders on EVM and schedule performance and recovery plans
Inform and shape the future GBTS strategy and Long-Range Business Plan
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
Experience with schedule and budget management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met
5+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience
Experience in Program Management Best Practices
Experience creating presentations / briefings for Senior Leadership
Experience with proposal development and pricing strategies
Experience partnering with a United States Government (USG) Department of Defense (DoD) or international armed forces customer to deliver services and products
Experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk, issue, and opportunity management to drive performance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $180,200 - $243,800
